Frequently Asked Questions

This is when you can meet with an artist, talk about your ideas, get a quote, and set a date to have your tattoo done.

There is no fee for a consultation but we will ask for a deposit if you would like to go ahead with the tattoo.

Your artist will work on the design closer to the appointment date and try to send it a couple of days before for you to review. You are welcome to stop by anytime for a general consultation, but if you would like to meet with a specific artist, we require an appointment.

To secure your appointment, we require a cash or e-transfer deposit between $50-500, depending on the artist and the size of the tattoo.

The deposit is non-refundable.

The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. For multiple session pieces, it will come off of the final session.

Once the design is done but you decide not to go ahead with it, the deposit will be forfeited as it is considered a design fee.

You are allowed to reschedule up to two times, but you have to let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment date.

If you do not let us know 48 hours in advance or reschedule more than 2 times, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule.

Get a good rest, drink lots of water, and avoid alcohol the night before your appointment.

Be sure to eat a good meal before coming in and bring food and drinks to snack on throughout the day for longer sessions.

Plan for Toronto traffic and try to arrive on time to avoid cutting into your appointment time.

Wear loose, clean, comfortable clothing. It may help to bring along a scarf or small blanket.

A book or headphones often help people relax and take their minds off of the pain.

You are welcome to bring friends along, but we ask that no more than one person joins you in the tattooing space.

We do walk-ins!

Some of our artists do walk-ins and others do not. If you are hoping to work with a specific artist, it is best to make an appointment.

But give us a call and we can let you know if someone is available that day!

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards for your final payment.

Deposits are cash, e-transfers, or PayPal only!

We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. There are no exceptions. A photo ID is required.

We offer both physical and digital gift cards to be purchased at our shop with any desired amount.

Please contact the shop for a digital gift card and we will send over the e-transfer instruction.
